Beef Chili with BeansExellent Chili. I have made many different chili recipes over the years, but this by far is the best. Abolutely love it, and it's easy preperation makes it so simple.

Chicken FajitasThis is by far, the BEST Fajita recipe I have ever come across. The only modification I made was to use 1.5 TBSP of Hot Sauce, only because our family likes our Fajitas spicy. Absolutely Delicous!!

White Bean and Chicken ChiliDelicious! I used chicken breast instead of thighs to save on the amount of fat and once reduced transferred to a slow cooker and feasted all day long! I will definitely be making this recipe again and again....yummy!

Beef StewGreat tasting, easy to prepare my family enjoyed it. Definitely need to at least double this recipe, as a family of four there wasn't enough for everyone to have seconds.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistThis dish was good, my teenage daughter and husband enjoyed it. During the prep I was a bit worried it was going to be quite "soupy" so I did bake it longer than normal and it turned out fine. I garnished with sour cream and a side of spanish rice. My family asked me to make this recipe again.....a success!
