Leftover (Poultry, Pork or Beef) Turnoversoh sooooooo yummy! I added a little leftover rice amd used sour cream because I didn't have any yogurt.

Creamy Chicken EnchiladasGreat! My family loved it. I would prefer it to be spicier so if I were making just for me I would add some jalapenos but as a family dish it is very flavorful and enjoyable.

Olive Garden Salad and DressingI really liked it and I live in a small town where Ken's is not available. It works in a pinch as well. It was a little runny but will probably set up after sitting in the fridge overnight.

Banana Chocolate Chip BreadIt was good but I needed to keep mine in the oven longer because the middle didn't fully cook through.
