What's for dinner?
Living in the Pacific Northwest offers an abundance of fresh, locally and organically grown produce as well as sustainably raised meats. I love the weekly surprise when we pick up our share from the organic farm and the opportunity to put a scrumptuous meal together with food that has been grown within a short bikeable distance from our home. My favorite cooking is for friends and family. Current favorites are meals that can be prepared ahead of time leaving the time right before dinner to hang out with the friends or children who will share the meal with us.

Current favroites are all kinds of claypot meals. I like to center a meal around a vegetable such as beet burgers (vegetarian), or onion soup.
