Slow Cooker Carnitas (Pulled Pork)Very good!! I like the baking in the oven part. It was really soft when I took out of crock pot. I did get some carmelization in the oven which tastes the best. I did cook if for 25 minutes at 400. Will leave it in longer next time. Had the spice smell on my hands for most of the morning. Even after washing my hands the smell lingered. Which was NOT a bad thing. It smelled so gooooood!! Tasted fantastic. Will definately make again!!!!

Lemon CookiesI personally did not like these. They were to crisp. I like chewy cookies. I also like them a little more tart No good enough for me to try to fix or make again.

Holiday Biscotti with Cranberries and PistachiosFantastic!!! I loved this biscotti. I don't like biscotti because it is to hard. I don't really like dunking things into my warm drinks because I don't like crumbs at the bottom of my drink. I LOVED THIS RECIPE!!! I made a second batch already!
