Chicken Parmesan for Twojust made this for my girlfriend and myself, and it was a mega hit. guys, you will get major points if you cook this for your lady. i'd even recommend adding a little more parmesan right after taking it out of the oven.

Easy Chicken Stir-FryI added some lightly salted roasted peanuts, too, and it made an already tasty dish that much better. Highly recommend for peanut lovers out there.
