I love to cook. I went to Louisiana recently and found out where the best food in the world was..............oh my God.

Love to fish, hunt and cook for my family. Etouffee is the best, along with Gumbo. I love to eat anything that comes from the water for the most part.

HINT: make the burgers an hour or so ahead of time. It seems to firm them up, less crumbly and easier to grill with. Separate with wax paper. I also use a inexpensive patty press thing ($2.99) But wow, talk about flavor and for an age old food like burgers, it is impressive to improve on an old staple. 8/29/2010
