Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

Just want to share some info about this. I wanted to give these as Thanksgiving gifts, so I bought mini loaf pans. This recipe will fill 8 mini loaf pans. The ones I used were 5 23/32 x 3 5/16 x 1 7/8. They were the foil pans, and made the perfect gift to give someone to have during their Thanksgiving dinner!!
