I enjoy eating anything my wife cooks. I enjoy making alot of different food. I have many specialties, such as my fried corn, Turkey meatloaf, and peanut butter cookies. I have just recently started trying baking.

Taco LasagnaThis was amazing, and it was a low cost meal too!! Not to mention, it lasted for plenty of leftovers!!! Way to go with this recipe!!!

Leftover Turkey CasseroleI didn't care for the mushrooms. However, my wife likes mushrooms and thought it was fabulous. I cooked it for her, so I just dealt with the mushrooms.

Carolina Strawberry BreadVery good. I need to adjust the time and temp a little. That may be due to my high altitude. Otherwise a delicious bread.

Tennessee Cheese DipDon't worry if the cheese seems thick when heated, the rotel will thin it out. If you like it thinner, just add a little more rotel to it. Servings yielded is an estimate [I posted this recipe.]

State Fair Funnel CakesWow, kids loved these, and it reminded me and my wife of the days when we went to the state fairs!

Zucchini BreadJust want to share some info about this. I wanted to give these as Thanksgiving gifts, so I bought mini loaf pans. This recipe will fill 8 mini loaf pans. The ones I used were 5 23/32 x 3 5/16 x 1 7/8. They were the foil pans, and made the perfect gift to give someone to have during their Thanksgiving dinner!!
