Crock Pot Vegetarian Chili- Core Recipe; Flex=2pts (aprx 2 cups)Made this for my vegetarian daughter. She loved it! Took just a few minutes to chop and throw everything in crock pot and presto! I too used a variety of beans. My one negative with this recipe was the carrots. Pineapple! who knew? Yum!

One Dish Beef StroganoffI too perfer to make the noodles separately. I used whole wheat egg noodles for extra nutrional value. (more fiber) I also sauted onions with my meat. I also didn't have enough sour cream for what the recipe required. So, I improvised with some cream cheese. YUM! My man ate up 3 big bowls of it!
