Sheryl's Mongolian Beefyummy! my husband loved it! I made some adjustments thou: 1)I used olive oil. 2)I didnt have any green onions, so I used 3 medium onions. 3) I like my mongolian beef a bit spicy so I used 3 tsp of pepper flakes. 4)and since I bought my meat two days before I decided to cook it, I marinated it with 1/2 salt and 1 tsp of garlic pepper seasoning.

Easy Roast Lemon Pepper Chicken & Potatoesmy husband loved it! I used a total of 1 tsp of salt, 1 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika. I squeezed some lemon before serving it.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighsit was good and it was easy to make. made some adjustments. 1) I didnt soak it into salt. 2) I didnt marinate it. I cooked the chicken with the marinade, turning it every 10-15min. turned out well for me, it saved me some time.

Caramelized Baked Chickendelicious! my two year old loved it. I used skinless-boneless chicken breast, and cooked faster.
