yummy! my husband loved it! I made some adjustments thou: 1)I used olive oil. 2)I didnt have any green onions, so I used 3 medium onions. 3) I like my mongolian beef a bit spicy so I used 3 tsp of pepper flakes. 4)and since I bought my meat two days before I decided to cook it, I marinated it with 1/2 salt and 1 tsp of garlic pepper seasoning. — stpagh 7/2/2012
