Jalapeno Bacon WrapI add a mini smokey link ontop of the cream cheese and wrap with bacon. I find them best when done on the smoker around 225-250 degrees for about 1-11/2 hrs until the bacon is done. I am often asked to bring these to parties.......

Parmesan Baked CodAwesome easy dish to make. May add a few herbs to it next time. I like to follow the recipe as shown the first time before making changes unless I am missing an ingredient and have to substitue.
