Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger PiePretty good. Reminded me a tiny bit of meatloaf which I don't like, though. I doubled the bisquick to make the topping seem more like a hamburger bun. I will make this again.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)This was great. I think it could have used a little more ranch than the recipe called for. The chicken was tender and everything was tasty. Not to mention no pots and pans to clean up!

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)Very tasty and tender. My picky boyfriend even liked this. I might used a little less onion next time. The flavor was too strong for my taste.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistThis recipe was very tasty. I used hot pace salsa instead of mild. I also did not bake them all because I don't like left over tortilla shells. I left the chicken mix in one bowl, the enchilada sauce in one bowl, and the left over shells in the bag. Now I can warm up the mixture then put it in the tortilla shell and they won't be soggy!
