Swordfish in Lemon And CapersI didn't care for the way the recipe had you put breadcrumbs on it. So we smoked it on the grill then used lemon and capers to make a sauce. Much better that way.

Garlic Cream Soup with Sausage and PotatoesI thought the soup was very bland so I added oregano, bay leaf, salt and pepper. I also doubled the recipe. Worked well. After the adjustments it was a great soup!

Ham CasseroleMy kids are also picky, but I feel that it's very easy to hide things like onions in a creamy dish like this. My kids never knew there were onions or mushrooms, and they hate both! We loved this, my husband even took it to work with him the next day. Great!

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay BiscuitsThese are great! We make them all the time! Easy and fast.

Creamy Lemon Spaghetti with Olives and BasilWe loved this! Next time we'll put grilled chicken and pine nuts in it. Also I will make more sauce. The lemon and Basil compliment each other so well. Great dish.
