really nice, easy to make and very similar to the real alice springs chicken! only thing i would change slightly is the sauce, it was reallly mustardy to the point it gave us like a brainfreeze but with heat? lol i dont know what its called but yeah it was too hot (and i like spicy food!), reccomend either using less mustard or maybe cooking the extra sauce that you intend to serve as well as the marinade (the marinaded sauce cooked with the chicken was nice).
