Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)In theory: great. Changed stuffing to rice and ranch to cream of chicken. Still wasn't amazing. Not much flavor to it, maybe marinating the chicken would help. Ended up eatin the rice and cheesy broccoli, barely touching the chicken.

Old-Fashioned Egg SaladAdd cubed ham, on seasoned toast and it's an amazing lunch!

Russian Apricot ChickenWe generally just use apricot preserves and Russian dressing, over white rice with broccoli. It's amazing and so easy! Can substitute French dressing since Russian is hard to find.
