Grilled Marinated London Broil

Grilled Marinated London Broil

Made this for a Dove Chocolate party. Dove has a Smoky Chocolate BBQ sauce. We made this recipe with a 1.7lb piece of top sirloin London Broil from our local butcher and it was top notch! The flavor was solid but not overwhelming and it was light enough to use with the BBQ sauce for taste-testing. I even cooked 1/2 the meat 5 minutes longer per side for well-done and it was still excellent. I will use this recipe the next time I make London Broil. Recommended! 4/23/2011

Sunday Pot Roast

Overall very good, we enjoyed it -- although I didn't have any red wine so I sub'd in marsala wine -- made it nice and sweet! — sgrishka 4/13/2011

72 Market Street Meatloaf

This was an above average Meatloaf, will definitely be in my list of Meatloaf recipes! My time was estimated, I didn't really pay attention to how long it took to make. 12/19/2008
