Pork Tenderloin Roast with Apple, Onion and Garlic Gravy

Pork Tenderloin Roast with Apple, Onion and Garlic Gravy

Tasty recipe. I browned it in my Dutch oven and then roasted. I personally cooked it too long, two 1.5lb tenderloins for an hour...too long. Flavoring was still good though and very easy. Served with homemade applesauce and cranberry walnut rice. 11/9/2011
Oven Fried Chimichangas

Oven Fried Chimichangas

Used as a base recipe and made some changes. Yummy concept, can be tweaked to your personal preferences. — digigirltx 10/24/2011
Good n' Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Good n' Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Best homemade chocolate chip cookies ever! Crispy and golden on the outside, chewy and chocolatey on the inside. Wouldn't change a thing. — sgrishka 10/7/2011
Aunt Evelyn's Meatloaf

Aunt Evelyn's Meatloaf

Delicious! Made it with 93/7 ground beef and baked it in a glass loaf pan. Came out very moist and the topping was just right! Also used 2% mild cheddar. — sgrishka 9/22/2011
Potato Cheese Soup

Potato Cheese Soup

Yummy! Added broccoli at the end and emulsified before adding cheese. Also added extra carrots, celery, and onion plus added garlic. Did let cook longer than stated because we weren't ready for dinner yet. — vortex4 9/18/2011
Heidi's Baked Spaghetti

Heidi's Baked Spaghetti

Delicious and easy! I did modify the following...sautéed onions and garlic with the ground beef, mix in the spaghetti sauce and some red wine and poured over the noodles. Instead of shredded cheese I used grated Parmesan. I then topped everything with mozzarella slices. — heidiskitchen 9/15/2011
Bourbon Chicken

Bourbon Chicken

Really yummy and tastes mostly like shopping mall restaurant bourbon chicken. Only changes that I made or will make next time would be to lightly bread the chicken an I also cut back the red pepper flakes slightly. Husband recommended pineapple with it as well. — Firebyrd 8/18/2011
Maple-Blueberry Sauce

Maple-Blueberry Sauce

Delicious! Didn't have real maple syrup, so had to use mrs butterworth instead. Also used an immersion blender after letting the blueberries simmer for about 5 minutes and turned it into blueberry syrup. — JCSM-Mom 8/13/2011
