I made this recipe a second time few days ago. I did change it a bit. I added green peppers and tomatoes to the sauce and I just used milk instead of heavy cream to save on some fat. I also didn't coat the chicken in bread crumbs. I just coated the chicken with some spices and parmesan cheese as the chicken didn't have a lot of flavor the first time I cooked it. It also helped cooking the chicken on the skillet. It sure turned out delish!
