I am a very busy mom of 6 and a busy wife!!! But I have an amazing family all of whom I really enjoy cooking for... I love finding new things to make for us all to try and I finding this bigoven has helped me to find some of my familys newest favorite meals ever!!!
I love steak, pasta, stirfrys, Asian dishes, Italian dishes, German dishes etc. I really like trying things from other places. Also, I love comfort food. Good old home cooking and when there is enough for leftovers the next day.

Enchilada CasseroleMy family did not really enjoy this. It was okay but not my favorite. I will keep searching.

Favorite Chili MacI found this good, but I found that I had to add alot more spice to enhance the falvoure. I will make it again though because my family really enjoyed it and it was really easy to make.

Barbequed Pulled Pork SandwichesThis was really good. I like to make mine in the oven instead of a slow cooker and our family eats this with cole slaw on the sandwich. I find it really adds to it. But it is still very good on its own.
