i love the outdoors, so i love grilling and love the summer and the beach of course. but i also love cooking! and spending time with fam & friends enjoying my cooked meals :)
i love eating sweets. i love almost everything so its better to say the two things i dislike and never ever eat and wont use in any recipes: olives (of any kind) and jicama (a tropical fruit, tasteless). i began cooking about 2 years ago and i love it. i now have an assistant in the kitchen: my 5 yr old nephew :) he never touches the fire or sharp objects but this stuff is fun.

World's Best Lasagnai didn't cook the sauce for 1.5 hr like it suggested because i was inpatient. also, as i piled it i thought it wouldn't be enought meat sauce. then... realized didn't have enough cheese, so I added .5 lb of jack cheese, but wow! sooo delicious. perfect proportios, not salty. really really juicy, tasky, cheesy, and oh so good.

Chicken-Asparagus Roll-ups with Orange Yogurt Sauce and Couscousomg. i absolutely loved this thing. although there are no clear instructions how to make the sauce NOR couscous (and you can't assume a beginner like me knew) i didnt fail and my fam loved it. lots of compliments. very easy to make and extremely delicious.

High Temp Eye Of Round RoastI tested this and it was fab! I erroneously read "21 mins on EACH" side... so i only turned it thrice when I realized my error, but it was the best result I've ever gotten. I made 4 lbs. thank u!
