Easy Breakfast PotatoesI did it in the oven and it took a long time and wasn't cooked too well. I tried it again, but this time used a skillet instead and it came out much better. I would recommend a skillet instead - just add more oil.

Asian Lettuce WrapI made this for my in-laws and they loved it!! I noticed that they sell broccoli slaw in the produce section, which had broccoli stems, cabbage and carrot already sliced up. That made the recipe a cinch.

Glazed Apple Lattice Coffee CakeIt was a labor of love. I will definitely make it again, but probably half it. Maybe I will try blueberries and cream cheese next time.
