Cranberry ChickenSounds like a strange combo of ingredients but we all really liked it. Great with brown rice.

Can't Stop Eating Them Fish TacosExcellent dish! I used swai (for the first time) and it grilled up great. Also added avocado and cherry tomatoes to the pico to use up some produce.

Tex-mex Chicken Spaghetti CasseroleDelicious spin on chicken spaghetti. I used mild rotel and the regular velveeta since I have small children, and it was still very flavorful. We loved it!

Bacon wrapped chickenThis meal was amazing! Even my two small picky eaters loved it. Thought it needed more time in the oven though...baked for 40 minutes.
