Great recipe, easy to make, and easy to adjust recipe to your liking. I was out of cumin, so I used a packet of Sazon Goya instead and it was great! — gbolton323 3/3/2010

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy breezy and super tasty even though I was skeptical, since I was under the impression that flour brings the chewy to the cookie. So wrong! — wvufan1011 2/23/2010

Penne Pasta with Lemon Sauce

Penne Pasta with Lemon Sauce

Dude! This recipe was great. The sauce didn't quite reduce as much as I'd like, it was a little too runny for my taste, but it tasted great. I served it with broiled fresh salmon. Yum! Thanks — hanan@home 2/23/2010

I did the same thing as the last few posters-- kept the pork broth and it became too soggy, but still excellent! I just let it simmer a bit with the lid off before adding the sauce and omitted the broth. Yum! Thanks for the recipe, it's going to be Super Bowl food this weekend! Oh, also, grab some good crusty rolls or buns from the fresh bakery section.. Good bread makes a world of difference! — dustyh 2/3/2010
