TBC's Chicken in Lemon Butter Cream SauceMy husband LOVED this. I made extra sauce and we poured over noodles. Added to my favorites and will definitely make again!

Marinated Flank SteakI put this in the marinade before leaving for a camping trip and we ate it the first night. My hubbie overcooked it, but was still delicious. I actually had to cut the leftovers into bite size pieces and count out an equal # for everyone because my 6 yr olds both wanted to eat it all!

Tuna Noodle Casserole (by Marianne Stanco Leal)Made it with the cream of celery and added a few more noodles (maybe 10-12 oz) and some frozen peas. Also microwaved the sour cream mixture with the peas in it while the noodles were finishing up to cut down on the bake time by 10 minutes. Very good!

Slow Cooker LasagnaI used ricotta instead of cottage cheese and sprinkled some extra cheese on top. Kids and hubby loved it!
