The picture does not belong wth this recipe as it is very deceiving...there is not a sauce with this dish as it is written. The recipe itself is confusing, I wasn't sure if I should add the leftover milk in order to make a sauce or if the cheese was going to create this. Nice flavour but had to improvise a lot.

Delicious! The sage gives a nice flavour. Sauce was a bit watery so I added more cornstarch to thicken it up. I think the sauce would be great with pork as well!
