Chinese Shrimp Fried RiceLoved this recipie.. planned to take a picture of it but we dove into it and before we knew, there was nothing left to photograph..next time. I used only 2 lbs of shrimp and that was plenty..Used white wine in place of sherry and added some frozen peas.. Great dinner! Thanks!

Karen's BBQ Pork Baby Back Ribs with Spice RubWe loved these ribs! We might reduce the chili powder a bit next time. They certainly have a robust flavor. I didn't have the tomato sauce so pureed a tomato instead. You'll notice our sauce looks a little chunky in the picture..but ohh soooo good! Thank you Karen for submitting this one..
