Texas ChiliThere are NO beans in true Texas chili. Also, no carrots, bell peppers, bay leaf, celery, parsley or tomatoes. Texas chili has very few ingredients. Looks good though, and will probably make it! Thanks for posting it.

Quiche LorraineUsed bacon instead of ham, only because I didn't happen to have any ham on hand, but this was a very good quiche Lorraine! Not runny, flavors melded nicely together, cooked beautifully. Family loved it! Will definitely be making this again. Paired it w/the Pizza Pasta Salad recipe from this site. Many compliments from my family.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff IExcellent Stroganoff recipe. I normally make my Stroganoff from a Gourmet Cookbook Recipe which takes all day. I have tried one or two slow cooker Stroganoff recipes, but they were never a hit w/our family. This recipe comes very close the the Gourmet recipe. It is very flavorful (the correct flavors for a Stroganoff), and the added bonus is that it is so easy to put together. Great for busy school & football schedules!

Pizza Pasta SaladVery good pasta salad. Easy to make, flavors all blend very nicely. Served to 4 teen aged boys and there was none left! Love this recipe.

Enchilada CasseroleMy 2 teen boys and husband are not fans of casseroles, generally, but they really liked this one. My 16 year old, who is quite picky, said, as he was eating this dish, "Wow, mom, this is REALLY good!" Will make again.
