I've loved to cook since I was about 12 years old, but started baking with my mom when I was about 7.
I find a lot of my recipes from magazines, websites and other food blogs.
I tend to improvise with ingredients when necessary, but for the most part, I'll try to stay true to the original, at least until I get a feel for it.
I've recently fallen in love with Thai and Indian cuisine and all their complex flavors combinations.
