What's for dinner?
Dahiwali Chicken Curry

I've loved to cook since I was about 12 years old, but started baking with my mom when I was about 7.

I find a lot of my recipes from magazines, websites and other food blogs.

I tend to improvise with ingredients when necessary, but for the most part, I'll try to stay true to the original, at least until I get a feel for it.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this dish. Although, there are a two things I would do differently next time. Firstly, I would use boneless skinless chicken thighs. And secondly, I would reserve the yogurt and add it right before serving. Otherwise you end up with and, although very flavorful dish, not a luxuriously creamy one. [I posted this recipe.]
