Cheesy Mexican ChickenI made this last night and after cooking for 45 minutes my chicken was still raw. I had to cook for another 30 minutes. Next time I make this I may precook the chicken for a few minutes to help get it started. Other than that it was great and my picky eaters loved it.

Jalapeno Bacon WrapWe makes these for every BBQ we go to. We use the onion and chive cream cheese which adds a new flavor but will try the taco seasoning next time as that sounds yummy as well.
