I find food and music are great mediums to share with all; so, thanks to bigoven I can continue to share my passion of Cooking and Baking. As for music, it always plays in the back ground as I cook.

Always gluten free!!!

In my kitchen I'm called Chef. On line I am Shinobi. So Chef_shinobi. Remember to share is to give and to give is to grow.

Good old fashion comfort foods from around the world and BBQ, Texmex, Italian, French, Asian. etc.

Do not over stir or your beans will be mush, use the folding method. Salt and heat to your own taste. Not all table spoons are prefect so feel free to go large. And yes you will need a knife, a tea spoon, and a table spoon. And make sure you wash your hands after handling that raw beef!!! [I posted this recipe.] — chef_shinobi 5/31/2009
