What's for dinner?

Lived in Connecticut all my life until 2006 when my husband Eric, my 2 babies KoKo & Felix(My cats) moved to Sheboygan Wisconsin. We now live in Plymouth, and 2 new kitties Truffles & Sadie, my other babies are in the Rainbow Bridge. It is so peaceful here and people are so friendly, I now enjoy the MidWest living from the hectic East Coast life style. I am unemployed and looking for work, I Hope!! I love cooking as my past time along with collecting recipes and cookbooks. I do puzzle books and watching the animals running around outside, birds, squirrels, foxes, deer, chipmunks, etc. I love exploring the state and new places. I have begun going back to Church and find so much pleasure and spritual enjoyment now and find that I can peacefully enjoy life with my religion and God.
