Lived in Connecticut all my life until 2006 when my husband Eric, my 2 babies KoKo & Felix(My cats) moved to Sheboygan Wisconsin. We now live in Plymouth, and 2 new kitties Truffles & Sadie, my other babies are in the Rainbow Bridge. It is so peaceful here and people are so friendly, I now enjoy the MidWest living from the hectic East Coast life style. I am unemployed and looking for work, I Hope!! I love cooking as my past time along with collecting recipes and cookbooks.  I do puzzle books and watching the animals running around outside, birds, squirrels, foxes, deer, chipmunks, etc. I love exploring the state and new places. I have begun going back to Church and find so much pleasure and spritual enjoyment now and find that I can peacefully enjoy life with my religion and God. My favorite foods: 1. Shrimp 2. French Fries 3. Chocolate Chip Cookies 4. Custard Ice Cream 5. Prime rib 6.  Mexican Food 7.  Soups 8.  Fresh Baked Bread 9.  Coffee 10. Chocolate Cake with white frosting 11.  Any thing with pecan, caramel & Chocolate 12.  Appetizers of all kinds

Be sure to pat them well after rolling in bread crumbs so they stay tight and do not fall apart. Also, the heat of olive oil, just be sure it is not to hot, to burn them, it should take about 5 to 10 minutes to cook a batch [I posted this recipe.] — chefjlv 2/3/2010

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Hi, Made this last night, but let me ask a few questions, 1. Is it suppose to be thick or thin sauce? Mine was runny. 2. My rice did not cook and it was in for over 60 minutes. — nicks3l 5/7/2009

Pizza Muffins

Great recipe and always asked to make. When making them, be sure to line the racks of the oven ,as they get greasy and will flow over. [I posted this recipe.] — chefjlv 1/22/2009
