Made this lady night & it was a hit! I added a half teaspoon of salt & pepper to the ricotta along with fresh parsley & basil. Will definitely make again! 1/5/2014

Baked Flounder with Crab Stuffing

More people have got to try this recipe! It's fabulous! It was easier than I thought it would be. My husband raved about it & I was thrilled because I really don't think I'm that great of a cook. I've made it twice already! 9/4/2013

This recipe is great! I didn't use coconut & I used dried cranberries instead of raisins. Fabulous. I'll make it again. — wtmw 9/4/2013
Parmesan Herbed Flounder

Parmesan Herbed Flounder

I made this and it didn't go very well. Kinda bummed because I was really looking forward to it. The coating was more on the pan then it was on the fish. The pieces of fish that came out intact were great though! I'm sure it was my fault somehow, but I followed the recipe. I used Panko bread crumbs, fresh parsley... It would have been great if it would of stayed together. 2/18/2013
Caesar Salad

Caesar Salad

Well, I made it to the letter and it was PERFECT! My Caesar salad dream come true. It was exactly Caesar's Palace Tijuana perfect. I no longer have to make the trek to Mexico for a real Caesar salad. Thank you! — stevemur 7/19/2012
Caesar Salad

Caesar Salad

Ill be making this for the first t and I'm torn between this recipe and another. Because this recipe mentions the original in Tijuana, (Caesar's Palace at the corner of 4 and Revolution. I go there specifically for this salad!) I'm inclined to choose this one. My question lies in using just the egg yolk or the whole egg and Dijon mustard or mustard powder. Not sure how much difference it makes. — stevemur 7/2/2012

I loved this recipe & my husband loved it too! I used flounder and I doubled the dry ingredients only. Turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing! — Love7721 4/6/2012

ChickieX, I've been making the Caesar Salad like that for years and strongly recommend using real mustard and just the egg yolk (not the whole egg). You'll be glad you did!
