Zippy Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts

Zippy Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts

Great flavor and easy to fix :). I've made some white rice with it and a salad, it complimented the dish nicely.

Turkey Fried Rice (Tallahassee Democrat)

Turkey Fried Rice (Tallahassee Democrat)

Absolutely delicious :), thanks for posting! I did double up on the Soy sauce and added a splash of white wine (after I added the vegetables) since I drained the grease from the turkey and did not have any liquid in the frying pan. Everyone loved it, will make this again.

Crusty Meatloaf

Crusty Meatloaf

I've tried this recipe last night, without the eggs and some minor modification. I've used only 1 lbs ground beef (meatloaf for 2), I used more fresh parsley (probably double the amount) and I've used one whole onion copped (and cut the onion powder in half). I had to reduce the baking time since I had less meat but it turned out absolutely delicious :)))! I will definitely make this again!
