Rosemary Herb Focaccia BreadFirst time to make Focaccia. It's pretty much foolproof. My herbs must be very strong because they were overpowering. Will definitely try again, tinkering with the herb mix.

Grilled Chicken with Mustard SauceI made this today when I had a package of chicken breasts and my husband said, "How about something with dijon mustard?". It is a nice light tasting sauce despite the mayo, although I prefer a touch more kick to it and would add more pepper sauce. My husband loved it and couldn't believe I did it on such short notice.

Fajita SeasoningI was desperate for a recipe because everything was prepped and ready to go for the fajitas and I didn't have my usual seasoning mix. My picky husband asked if it was really hard to make because he wanted me to use this seasoning from now on. Wonderful flavor!
