Chicken and Salsa Verde PaniniThis has a very lively flavor. I did make one change I used 4 tb bottled lemon juice and removed the lemon vest. It is also good to add some crispy lettuce or spinach leaves to the sandwich. I think it like the panini sold in a certain fast food Italian restaurant
