Ann's Cheesy Crock Pot PotatoesThe whole family loved these! I didn't have hash browns so I shredded some potatoes and made my own. Cooked for almost 4 hours and it turned out great~ everyone had more than one serving!

Mini French Toast CupcakesMade these with my daughter this morning. Served with syrup and it was a huge hit. (didn't do the frosting based on other reviews). Nice to have something new and they were easy to make.
