Goat Cheese, Fig and Prosciutto Crostini

Easy @ delicious! Adjust the fig jam in relation to how sweet vs. how savory you want the overall flavor to be. — corrinnej 9/4/2012

It was a bit thick, I think I needed to add more water and oil. The flavor was very good! 8/31/2012

Stilton stuffed dates wrapped in bacon

Stilton stuffed dates wrapped in bacon

You have to cook the bacon longer, not just 6 minutes per side; and cutting the dates in half will allow for more dates and you still get the FULL flavor-dee-licious! I used hot paprika on some & regular paprika on others, cut the bacon in half before wrapping it around the date, all great!!! Will definitely use this for my next appetizer at a party! — TheKitchenWitch 6/6/2012

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Pasta

Easy, tasty, a bit too many onions left on the plate vs the peppers but overall taste is flavorful and healthy! I had a lot of left overs, so for two, I would 1/2 the recipe, maybe even 1/3 it. — lizmari 6/6/2012

Pan-Fried Scallops

Pan-Fried Scallops

It's a simple recipe for a novice cook- just about the flavor for a mild scallop seasoning- it doesn't hide the flavor of the scallop. 1/15/2012
