What's for dinner?
I have been married for 38 years to a wonderful guy, Mike. We have two sons. Scott who is married to Brandi and on Oct 8th, 2007 gave us Paul Tyler our firs grandchild. They are expecting again in January. Matthew married Stephanie on June 8th, 2008. We have been Christians since 1978. I love to knit, crochet, cook and read. I am doing Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time but I am more determined now than ever before. I currently work as a CSR in a Farmers Insurance office.
Shrimp, just about any way. pizza. I love to cook and eat the Weight Watchers recipe for Chicken Marsala. Everyone that I have served it to loves it. My kids think I make the best Lasagna ever. Probably not but it is very good. I also make tacos from scratch that are mighty good.

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter CookiesI have made these since I was a little girl. I will turn the big 60 this year so I've making them a long time. However I have never tried to make them in a cake or sheet pan.
