Pork Chili VerdeThis was so good! It was packed with flavor and just enough spice. My picky husband liked it so much that he asked me to save the "juice" part of it to put over his breakfast eggs. I didn't have pasilla chili's so I went online and found that poblano peppers can be substituted for pasilla chili's.

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot PieMy family and I enjoyed this dish. Instead of using Bisquick, I used pre-made pie crusts that you can get in the freezer section of the grocery store. In our family having that much dough is not a good thing.

Baked Creamy Chicken TaquitosReally enjoyed this but I think next time I will do a simple skillet frying and use toohtpicks to hold them together.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)It's very hard for me to find meals that my husband likes, so I was so excited to find out how much my husband and 8 1/2 year old son loved it. I would like to thank the person who created this super easy, full of flavor all in one dish. LOVE IT!!!!!
