Hi,I'm new to this website, so here's a little about me.......... I love to cook and entertain, have a small patio garden full of tubs and pots growing my own veggies and salad - nothing like going out and picking them fresh as ingredients for your recipe. I have two dogs that I love to bits, they keep me fit by taking me two good long walks a day.
Memorable Occasions - My friends and I did a 'Come Dine With Me' for under a tenner - challenge was to cook a three course meal for 6 for under ten pounds - quite a challenge! - great fun though and really interesting to cost it all out.
Allow to cool in the bread pan for a while before tipping out onto a wire cooling rack. This texture and taste of this tea loaf is always better the second day and I have found it keeps really well for at least a week wrapped in tin foil. [I posted this recipe.] — cookerina
