Quick and Easy Chicken ParmesanI ended up needing to leave mine in the oven for approximately 30 minutes and half way through I turned it up to 400'. Husband loved it and I thought it was pretty good as well. Instead of using the fresh mozzarella cheese ball, I found a fresh mozzarella cheese log which was perfect for cutting long slices that fit over top the chicken perfectly. Will make again.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)Took the advice and pan seared the chicken before baking using garlic and herb seasoning. Also sliced potatoes to add along with the broccoli based on other reviews, and that was good too. I did add extra cheese and extra ranch, only used 1 cup of water for the stuffing. My husband really liked it but thought it was definitely an odd combination of flavors lol. My mom gobbled it up and so did I. All and all, a very good somewhat rich but delicious dish. Will definitely be making again.

Chicken Pot Pie with 2 CrustsI took some of the reviews advice and to cut back on the salt, I used unsalted butter. I also diced a approximately 1 1/2 cups of potatoes due to the mixed veggies not having any in it, and I did blanch all the veggies before mixing them into the sauce. It wouldn't quite fit in a deep dish pie pan so I used an 8x8 glass baking dish and it worked out just fine. Also, I did make an egg wash for the top and it turned out awesome! My husband who usually will not go near vegetables loved this and so did my mother. The only thing I didn't put in it was the onions because my husband won't eat anything with onions in it. Next time I will be making 2 smaller ones so I can have the onions in it hehe. Will definitely make again!
