I'm a fanatic cookbook collector with probably well over 400 volumes, plus! I come from an Italian background where my grandmother was a wonderful cook, and since learning to love food at her knee have gone on to appreciate and love all types of cuisines. Here in CA I've developed an avid appreciation for Mexican food, as well as Asian... I enjoy all types of handicrafts, have a wonderful little dog, like to read, watch movies, create greeting cards and work with paper crafts as well as crochet on occasion and swim in my community pool. I am a voracious reader of all kinds of fiction, Janet Evanovich and Clive Cussler are my two current favorites. Salads, fruit, Mexican enchiladas, spaghetti and meatballs, seafood, roast beef with all the trimmings, lasagne (of course), chicken livers (not with this next food mentioned) and meat loaf! A margarita anytime!
