Never Fail FudgeI made three batches. First one I cooked to 235 and it turned out very hard. The second was with no nuts. I cooked to 230 and it turned out nice but it breaks up from the squares that I cut them into. Third was with nuts and I cooked to 230 and I got firmer than the second batch. I don't think I will use this recipe again.

Baked Pork Chops with Steamed Carrots and ZucchiniThis was good but the wine added a strange taste to it. Next time i will only use the broth. The pork was very tender!
