Corn BreadThis is the THIRD time making it but this time I made them into mini-muffins for Thanksgiving dinner. I only cooked them for 10 minutes and one batch will make 24 mini-muffins. So far all my taste-testers thought they turned out better than the regular "pan" version :-)
