Chinese Fried Ricelove me rice wine vinegar! an excellent alternative to traditional fried rice with soy sauce .I even add vinegar to my fried rice with soy sauce.it does make it a bit soggy but adds another layer of flavor that I think it is really exceptional 4 fried rice .thank you for the recipe
