Chicken Pot PieThis dish was fabulous and my boyfriend and I devoured every last bit! I tried to make it w/ a mashed potato top & think I'll stick to the original next time. ;-) Excellent flavor though, thank you!

Salmon BurgersI made these last night and they were AMAZING! I made a few adjustments though...I added Feta cheese to the salmon mixture and I smashed up French fried onions in place of breadcrumbs for a different flavor. I also roasted a red pepper and topped everything off thie a pesto sauce. One of my new favorites!
