Chili's Monterey ChickenMaking this right now...intended to make Outback's Alice Springs Chicken until I realized I forgot the mushrooms and had used the last of the dijon last week. But this sounds just as good!

Arroz con Pollo (Spanish Chicken & Rice)Making this right now! I loved it the first time I made it and it smells just as good now! I accidentally dumped in too many peas, but I'm sure it will be delicious anyway! :)

Cola ChickenI just finished cooking this...I used regular Pepsi about 3/4 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup bbq sauce. Mine cooked in way under an hour, and sauce was thick by time chicken was done...so now I'm sitting here waiting for the potatoes to be done so I can go ahead and eat! I snuck a bite of the chicken while I wait, and it came out great! Will definitely be making this again.

Italian Stuffed ShellsJust made these for dinner, they were great! I did pour about 1/2 of a second jar of sauce in the pan before putting in shells.
