Spicy Baked Salmondid not have the cayenne, but substituted a red pepper/white pepper mix, and use one very large garlic glove (minced along with onions). Also cooked for about 30 min (covered in foil) then broiled about 3 to top off. Served with Broccoli and fresh bread. Very good.

Fajita SeasoningVery good. I also mixed some with 2 tbs butter and used as a baste while the chicken was on the grill.

Grilled Chicken with Mustard SauceVery Good. Sauce was great! Used on Grill for fathers day.

Chicken AlfredoOnly cooked for one hour at 300. Also, subbed Parmesean for the Romano. Was out of Romano. Also added broccoli to the mix. Turned out very good.
