It was ok, but I should have used medium or spicy salsa for more kick. The pasta became very thick with the dressing so leftovers are very pasty. Otherwise, it's good.

This was a success when it comes to taste, but somehow the pie did not hold together. It was a real mess. I made it the night before and put it in the fridge overnight and still no result. It brought laughters and everyone really loved the taste of it. I will definitely give it another try.

I made the recipe with tenderloin and used red wine vinegar instead of wine. I prepared it the night before and the meat was juicy, tender and the flavors were wonderful. A little too much garlic to my taste though. Will do it again.
