Potatoes with Spices & Onionsgood potatoes. i served with chicken makhani (indian butter chicken) and it was a good compliment.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)Great dish to make for a large group (I tripled the recipe for a party of 12). Served over some rice and everyone really enjoyed it. Some asked for the recipe! This was the first "Indian" dish I've made and it turned out great. I did go to an Indian grocery store for the garam masala and ginger garlic paste.

Fire Roasted Sriracha Chicken WingsWe had these wings while watching UFC Saturday night. These were awesome! The only question I had was during the last 10 minutes when you cook after you coat in the sauce, do you continue to cook over indirect heat?
