for someone who has a family of super picky eaters i have learned from necessity to be creative and versatile for our dinner menus.
Recipes I've Posted (all 5)
i will personally eat nearly anything myself. but while I prefer vegetables and fish, the rest of my family of five is of the meat and potato variety. still - nothing gives me more pleasure than cooking for them, and I relish the few moments they can all actually agree on something they like. :o)

Fuddruker's Hamburger Pattiesi did not care for these, if you follow the directions they are over seasoned. Perhaps if you add them more sparingly, it would be better. But I do not intend to make again.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheesethis recipe does not have nutritional info and that is probably a good thing so that you can eat it guilt free. I doubled this recipe for a work function. Boiled the macaroni the night before, tossed it in with all the other ingredients in the crock pot and refrigerated overnight. In the morning just grabbed it and plugged in crock pot when i got to work. By lunchtime it was hot, creamy, and bubbly. Everyone raved about how wonderful it tasted and It was such a huge hit that I had to print out multiple copies of this recipe to hand out. Thank you so much for posting!
